Deuxo gets $10M in venture capital

Denver--In a rare coup for a b-to-b dot-com amid the slowest venture capital environment in a decade, Deuxo Inc. has received $10 million in financing from Anschutz Investment Co. Deuxo, a developer of b-to-b sales lead optimization and CRM software, did not disclose how it would use the funding. "Trying to raise funding in this market is like getting blood from a stone," said Randy Kenworthy, Deuxo's CEO. In the 1990s, Denver-based Anschutz founded and incubated broadband company Qwest Communications International Inc.
