Plantation, Fla.—DHL has launched a new marketing campaign to raise awareness of its expanded suite of Next Day Air product offerings and its commitment to customer service.

The campaign, including print, online and direct, was developed by DHL's agency, Ogilvy & Mather, New York. It shows how American businesses can rely on the speed and reliability of DHL Next Day Air Services.

Also, DHL is enhancing its money-back guarantee for DHL Next Day 10:30 a.m. and DHL Saturday delivery services to include a full refund of transportation charges and associated service fees in case of a delay.
