Mineola, N.Y.—Search engine advertising and marketing company Didit has acquired Inceptor, a provider of search engine optimization, paid search and social media marketing management services. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Inceptor, based in Waltham, Mass., was a wholly owned subsidiary of SuperMedia, a New York-based digital advertising company with a focus on small businesses. The acquisition expands Didit's SEO and social media capabilities, and complements its own Maestro ad campaign management technology for search, social and exchange-based display.
