Digital Idea launches customer rating service, plans b-to-b

Digital Idea and Greenfield Online said Monday that they've created a service designed to measure customer loyalty on the Internet. The service is initially aimed at consumers, but b-to-b services will be added in 2001, Digital Idea, Westport, Conn., said. Dubbed Dialscore, the service compares data on e-commerce repeat sales against comments made by panelists. To beef up the research further, Digital Idea has signed an agreement with Nielsen/NetRatings Inc., which creates traffic reports of leading trafficked sites.
