Digital Impact debuts Message Effect

San Mateo, Calif.—E-mail marketing company Digital Impact announced the launch of Message Effect, a service for transactional e-mails. The company said Message Effect converts plain text purchase confirmations, shipping notifications and other service e-mails to HTML marketing messages that can be tracked.
