Direct marketers introduce database products

New Orleans—Several direct marketing companies made database-related announcements this week at the Direct Marketing Association’s 87th Annual Conference & Exhibition.

MetaResponse Group announced it has launched MetaBase, a multimillion-name b-to-b and consumer database. Meta also introduced Smart Marketing Solutions, a new division dedicated to compiled list sales, marketing and services.

CALLfx, a telemarketing company, launched a personalized message program that allows marketers to extract text from a database, convert it to speech and integrate the information into personalized phone message.

Database marketing agency Merkle announced Database Marketing Roadmaps, a product to help marketers design, implement and quantitatively measure database strategies.

Experian Business Marketing Services introduced a service to help marketers execute direct marketing campaigns to small and mid-sized businesses that matches business and consumer data.
