DJG buys subscription service

New York--DJG Marketing L.L.C., a circulation consultant and marketing services provider, announced it acquired Waiting Room Subscription Services Inc., a subscription sales service to "public place" locations such as doctors' offices and beauty salons. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Marc Passarelli, COO of DJG Marketing, will oversee WRSS as president.
