DMA announces management changes

Published on .

New York—On the eve of its 88th annual conference, the Direct Marketing Association Thursday announced two executive changes in central marketing and communications.

Alan Kuritsky has been promoted to VP-marketing and communications and CMO, from VP-marketing and member communications. Lou Mastria has been appointed VP-interactive & emerging media. He was previously VP-public & media relations.

Both executives will report to Ramesh Lakshmi-Ratan, senior VP-membership and market development.

"DMA is taking a proactive leadership role at the cusp of a dramatic redefinition of the entire landscape of direct marketing, beginning with a bold new strategic plan and the re-branding and re-launching of DMA," said John A. Greco Jr., DMA-president, in a statement. "As part of our effort to deliver on this promise, we continue to realign our organization to establish key areas of focus and best integrate valuable existing resources."
