DMA begins work on marketing campaign, branding initiative

New York—The Direct Marketing Association has begun working with agencies Landor Associates, Wunderman and Burson-Marsteller on a marketing campaign and branding initiatives.

DMA President-CEO John Greco said more details would be revealed at the DMA Annual Conference & Exhibition in Atlanta in October.

"We’re not ready to elaborate on details of it now," he said, in his remarks Wednesday at DMA’s DM Days New York Conference and Expo.

Also Wednesday, the DMA said it plans to establish a Search Engine Marketing Council. Heather Lloyd-Martin, director of search strategies at WebSourced will serve as chairwoman.
