New York--The Direct Marketing Association has acquired three seminars on direct marketing operations and fulfillment as well as co-ownership of the National Catalog Operations Forum, an annual conference. The DMA purchased Catalog Call Center Forum, Catalog Warehouse Forum and Business-to-Business Customer Service Forum from Target Communications, Norwalk, Conn. The DMA will co-own the National Catalog Operations Forum with Intertec Publishing Corp., Overland Park, Kan., a subsidiary of Primedia. Intertec publishes Catalog Age. Terms of the deals were not disclosed.
