Miami--The Direct Marketing Association Thursday announced it has expelled Toronto-based Infolink Technologies Ltd., a facsimile marketing company, for violating the group's guidelines by sending unsolicited commercial faxes. "The DMA believes that Infolink's practices may also violate the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and, accordingly, has also referred the case to the Federal Communications Commission," said Pat Faley, VP-ethics & consumer affairs for the DMA.
