DMA says two firms violated ethics guidelines

New York—The Direct Marketing Association cited two companies--No More Mail, Wheeling, Ill., and Operation Hang-Up, Washington, D.C.--for alleged violations of its Guidelines for Ethical Business Practice. Each company was alleged to have made inaccurate and misleading claims to remove names from mailing and telephone marketing lists.
