New York—The Direct Marketing Association on Thursday announced the full integration of its Association for Interactive Marketing subsidiary into the DMA.

AIM members will automatically become DMA members.

The DMA also said it has established an Interactive Marketing Advisory Board, which includes Scott Ferber, CEO of Advertising.com; Michael Della Penna, chief marketing officer of Bigfoot Interactive; and Matt Blumberg, chairman-CEO of ReturnPath.

"The creation of an Interactive Marketing Advisory Board within the DMA will allow every member to leverage the knowledge, research and expertise of industry-leading interactive marketers as they strive to maximize interactive technologies and techniques more successfully," said John A. Greco Jr., DMA president-CEO, in a statement.
