DMA introduces a YouTube channel on e-mail best practices

New York—The Direct Marketing Association has launched a YouTube channel to help marketers in their e-mail efforts. Video clips uploaded to date cover such topics as how to assess deliverability, creative development, and compelling welcome e-mails following conversion.

DMA’s E-mail Experience Council is the sponsor of the E-mail Experience Channel. Its initial featured videos include advice from such e-mail vendors as ReturnPath and Datran Media, members of the DMA e-mail council.

DMA said additional videos that meet its educational requirements will be added in the future.
