DMA plans new conference on cross-channel marketing

New York—The Direct Marketing Association will produce a new conference on cross-channel marketing, scheduled for May 7-9 in Nashville, Tenn. The Forum for Cross-Channel Merchants, to be held at Nashville's Gaylord Opryland hotel, is designed to appeal to attendees and exhibitors at two previous events, the association's Retail Marketing Conference and National Conference on Operations & Fulfillment.
