DMA to start marketing monitoring service

New York--The Direct Marketing Association is introducing The DMA Marketing Monitor, a monthly service that will provide updated statistics on topics including sales revenue, customer response rates, marketing expenditures, staffing levels and other benchmarks. The DMA is seeking members to participate in the service. Those that do will receive the service for free. Those that do not will need to purchase it. A price has not yet been determined.
