New Yorkâ€”Scott Donaton has been named publisher of Advertising Age,
succeeding Jill Manee, who is retiring at the end of this month. Manee joined Crain in 1996 as advertising director of Ad Age
and was named publisher three years later. She became a VP at Crain Communications Inc. in 2000. Donaton was named associate publisher of Advertising Age
last year after serving as editor since 1998. He was executive editor for three years before that.
