Boston--Xchange Inc. said Monday it has signed a marketing alliance with Donnelley Marketing. Under terms of the deal, Donnelley will resell Xchange's e-mail marketing software as part of its corporate customer relationship management services. The deal means that Donnelley Marketing, Omaha, Neb., will sell e-mail marketing services alongside telemarketing, print and Internet direct marketing services. The Donnelley deal accelerates momentum for Xchange, Boston, which already has about 250 corporate clients. With Donnelley aboard, Xchange has signed deals with virtually every major direct marketing provider, including Axciom, Epsilon and EDS. The company's software, called Xchange Dialogue for eMessaging, allows marketers to develop campaigns in 21 languages, deliver messages in real-time and monitor responses.
