Doremus to create cultural anthropology offering

New York—B-to-b agency Doremus has hired Emma Gilding as executive director to create a cultural anthropology offering for the Omnicom/DAS network. Gilding was previously senior partner, executive director worldwide at Ogilvy New York, where she created the Discovery Group, a market research offering. In her new position, she will develop a consulting capability based on a panel of experts that will provide insight into consumer purchasing decisions, online behavior and corporate cultures.
