For publishers, DARTmail features tools for inventory management, targeted e-mail newsletter advertisements and personalized content. By July, DoubleClick, New York, will introduce DARTmail Prospect and DARTmail Network, which it says will enable marketers to execute broad permission-based e-mail campaigns based on affinity categories.
