DoubleClick, IMS partner

New York--DoubleClick Inc. and IMS, a VNU company, have partnered to provide reach and frequency tools for online advertisers. Under the agreement, WebRF, a reach and frequency measurement service that is now jointly marketed by IMS and Nielsen//NetRatings, will be integrated with DoubleClick’s MediaVisor service. Clients including Universal McCann Interactive, Modem Media and Starcom IP are among the first users of WebRF through MediaVisor.
