DoubleClick posts higher revenue, profits

New York--Direct marketing data company DoubleClick reported third-quarter revenue of $74.8 million, up slightly from $74.6 million in the year-earlier quarter. Net income was $6.3 million, compared with a $62 million loss a year earlier. The company's data management business recorded $31.3 million in third-quarter revenue, an all-time high for the division; third-quarter 2002 data revenue totaled $26.8 million.
