New York--DoubleClick Inc., which has been struggling with a decline in the Internet advertising market, announced Tuesday that its CFO, Stephen Collins, would resign from his post, effective this Friday. Collins is to remain with the company as an adviser through the first quarter of next year. Bruce Dalziel, previously the company's VP-finance and operations, has been named acting CFO.
