Published on .

New York--Just one day after online advertiser DoubleClick Inc. announced the first layoffs in its five-year history, DoubleClick Exec VP Wenda Millard is joining Ziff Davis Media Inc. as president of Ziff Davis Internet. She'll also serve on Ziff Davis Media's board of directors. Before helping found DoubleClick in 1996, Millard was president and group publisher of SRDS, a media and marketing research company, where she first worked with Ziff Davis CEO Jim Dunning. DoubleClick said Tuesday it is laying off less than 10% of its work force.
