DraftWorldwide acquires DRS Advertising

Chicago--DraftWorldwide, a Chicago-based integrated marketing agency, announced Wednesday it has acquired DRS Advertising, a direct marketing agency based in London. DRS, which specializes in direct-response TV and new media, will change its name to DraftWorldwide and serve as Draft's London office. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Draft reports annual billings of $2 billion.
