Dugan joins Pohly to head up Fuel Publishing

Boston—Bill Dugan, former marketing director at Briefings Publishing Group, has joined Pohly Co. as VP-general manager of Fuel Publishing, a new business unit. He will be responsible for converting “Fuel,” a free newsletter focused on improving customer communications strategies, into a paid-subscription publication. He’ll also be responsible for developing additional newsletters.
