E-Dialog adds segmentation features to e-mail tool

Burlington, Mass.—E-mail marketing solutions company e-Dialog has upgraded its Insight Builder query and analysis tool to include new segmentation features, with segmentation hierarchies and “what if” scenarios.

The new feature identifies e-mail subscribers based on where they are in the customer sales cycle, as well as on behavioral, demographic or preference data, enabling marketers to make changes to improve the relevance of their e-mail campaigns, according to the company.
