Atlanta--Online financial services company E-Invest Group Inc. has filed a $50 million lawsuit in Fulton County, Ga., against MarchFirst Inc. The lawsuit alleges that Chicago-based MarchFirst knowingly misrepresented its core business ability to build and deliver agreed-upon online services and products to E-Invest Group. "We intend to hold MarchFirst accountable for their failure to deliver upon their business promises and commitments," said Jonathan Wride, president-CEO of E-Invest. The lawsuit comes on the heels of MarchFirst receiving a $150 million investment from Francisco Partners.
