Earle Palmer Brown buys Sullivan & Mulvany

New York -- The Earle Palmer Brown Cos. announced Wednesday the acquisition of Sullivan & Mulvany, a Stamford, Conn.-based high-tech marketing communications company. Sullivan & Mulvany has capitalized billings of about $10 million and a client roster that includes IBM Corp. and Citicorp. The Earle Palmer Brown Cos. has clients that include DuPont, Novartis and IBM. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
