Skokie, Ill.—EBSCO Industries, one of the world’s largest full-service subscription agencies, has acquired Hallmark Data Systems, a circulation fulfillment provider, from private equity company Tinicum Capital Partners.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Hallmark has relationships with some of the largest b-to-b media companies, including Nielsen Business Media, Penton Media and United Business Media. Ray Miller, chairman of Hallmark Data Systems, said the deal presents potential synergies with ETS (EPSCO Telemarketing Services) and EBSCO’s MetaPress, which creates digital editions of publications.
