Eloqua adds CRM-based sales tool to marketing automation

Vienna, Va.—Marketing automation company Eloqua has introduced Eloqua Prospect Profiler, a customer relationship management tool designed to better align sales and marketing through analysis and collaboration.

Eloqua Prospect Profiler features integration with major CRM systems, graphical summaries of online prospect activity, user-defined views of specified time lines or activity periods, and real-time e-mail alerts set up by sales when important triggers, such as Web site visits by the prospect, occur.

Available to early beta customers, Eloqua Prospect Profiler will go on the market June 14.
