Emirates selects BBDO, Atmosphere as marketing agencies

New York—Emirates, an international airline based in Dubai, has named Omnicom agencies BBDO New York and Atmosphere Proximity, New York, as integrated marketing agency partners in North America, following a review. Atmosphere Proximity has handled digital and social media for Emirates for the past eight years, while BBDO New York joins the roster as creative agency of record. The previous advertising agency of record was ISM, Boston. BBDO New York and Atmosphere will be responsible for creating an integrated marketing plan to help expand the airline's North American business. The budget was not disclosed.
