New York--Health care insurance provider Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield announced it has launched a new b-to-b integrated ad campaign through McCann Relationship Marketing, the direct marketing arm of McCann-Erickson. The campaign, which targets corporate health care decision-makers, includes print and radio ads, and direct and e-mail marketing. It will run through December.
