Engauge buys Atlanta-based digital agency Spunlogic

Columbus, Ohio—Engauge, a marketing agency formed by private equity firm Halyard Capital in partnership with direct marketing veteran Stan Rapp, has acquired Spunlogic, an Atlanta-based digital agency.

The Engauge brand now comprises Engauge Communication (formerly advertising agency TenUnited), Engauge Direct (formerly database and direct marketing agency Direct Impact), Engauge Digital (formerly Spunlogic) and digital technology development company StreamRight.

Engauge said 10-year-old Spunlogic complements its existing capabilities in brand communication, behavioral research, direct marketing and data analytics.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
