New England Business Service buys Stephen Fossler

Groton, Mass.--New England Business Service, a publicly held b-to-b direct marketer of business products and services, Wednesday announced it has acquired Stephen Fossler Co. and its affiliates, for $27 million in cash. Crystal Lake, Ill.-based Fossler, which manufactures and distributes retail store signage and commemorative specialty products through direct mail, had revenue of about $20 million in 2003.
