New and enhanced products, partnerships announced by direct marketing vendors at DMA06

San Francisco—Harte-Hanks announced it has launched a self-service Web portal called Marketing En@bler for print marketing fulfillment, print on demand and mail production and execution. The announcement was made at this week’s DMA06 annual conference.

The Web tool will also help businesses send marketing mail faster and cheaper through Harte-Hanks’ distributed fulfillment network, according to the company.

Experian announced it has added 30 new data elements to its National Business Database. The new elements will give b-to-b marketers additional information they can use for more precise targeting. “It gives customers more contact points at those businesses,” said Denise Hopkins, senior director-marketing at Business Marketing Solutions, a division of Experian.The business database currently houses information on 17 million businesses.

Pitney Bowes announced it has formed a strategic alliance with Digital Cement, a professional services company that provides relationship management and marketing strategy to clients. The alliance gives Pitney Bowes a minority ownership position in Digital Cement.
