Wakefield, Mass.—Epsilon Wednesday announced a reorganization of its operations into four internal business groups under the Epsilon brand.
Epsilon said the changes were made to “support growing demand for integrated, multichannel marketing solutions under one brand.”
The four groups are: Epsilon Data Services, Epsilon Interactive Services, Epsilon Agency & Direct Services and Epsilon Strategic Database Services.
The company had previously integrated Bigfoot Interactive and DoubleClick Email Solutions, two acquisitions in the e-mail space, into Epsilon Interactive.
David Thornbury, president-CEO of CPC Associates, has been named president of the data services group, following Epsilon’s acquisition of CPC Associates last week.
Ragy Thomas was promoted to president of the interactive group, from his former position as CTO. Thomas succeeded Al DiGuido, president of Epsilon Interactive, who left the company, according to Scott Bauman, a spokesman for Epsilon.
David McRae was named president of the agency services group, from exec VP-marketing services. Bryan Kennedy, Epsilon COO, will head up the database group.
