Epsilon shifts to MSP strategy

New Orleans-Epsilon executives announced Tuesday that the company will be shifting to a marketing solutions provider model. The suite of marketing software and related consulting services is aimed at marketers interested in using new Internet technologies. The MSP model, currently used by 10 of Burlington, Mass.-based Epsilon's 120 b-to-b clients, allows for the designing, building, hosting and managing of customized marketing programs. "We want to give a client organization much deeper skill sets than they would ever hire,'' Said Corey V. Torrence, Epsilon president-CEO. "I'm not going to just throw you a piece of software and run away." Epsilon made its announcement at the Direct Marketing Association's 83rd Annual Conference & Exhibition in New Orleans.
