Epsilon taps Frawley to be president-digital services

Dallas—Marketing services company Epsilon has named Andrew Frawley president-digital services.

Frawley, who will be based in Wakefield, Mass., will oversee the company’s digital marketing solutions, including e-mail and interactive services. He most recently was CEO of ClickTactics (later named ClickSquared), which offers e-mail marketing, strategy and analytics services. He also spent time at Epsilon earlier in his career.
