Chicago—Euro RSCG Chicago has hired Norm Yustin as its president. Yustin was previously global CMO at Claire's Stores, a nationwide fashion retailer chain. In his new role, he will lead the Chicago office and report to Euro RSCG North America President Ron Bess. He succeeds Jamie King, who left the agency to start a new creative shop called Camp+King, San Francisco, with former colleague Roger Camp, who most recently served as chief creative officer at Publicis & Hal Riney, San Francisco. Havas Worldwide, the parent company of Euro RSCG, has taken a minority stake in Camp+King.
