Southport, Conn.—Online marketing company eWayDirect Inc. has added a new segmentation feature to its multichannel marketing platform, allowing marketers to categorize customers based on their order histories. The company's Direct|Connect 4.0 solution allows e-commerce companies and cataloguers to segment their customer lists based on the number of orders previously placed, total dollars spent or specific items purchased in a particular time frame to determine customer value. Direct|Connect 4.0 already includes modules for lead certification, e-mail marketing, share-with-social and customercentric communities.
