ExactTarget acquires Australia’s mPath Global

Indianapolis—E-mail marketing company ExactTarget has acquired Australia-based e-mail marketing company mPath Global and rebranded its operation ExactTarget Australia. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Over the past five years, mPath Global, based in Sydney and Melbourne, and ExactTarget have partnered in servicing ExactTarget clients in the Asia-Pacific market. That client list, including Tennis Australia and ING Australia, now numbers about 150. In addition to those and new customers, ExactTarget Australia will also support marketing campaigns in Asia for the company’s European and North American customers, according to ExactTarget.
