ExactTarget, SeeWhy partner on shopping cart abandonment e-mail

Indianapolis—ExactTarget, a provider of e-mail marketing solutions, and SeeWhy Inc., a Web site conversion company, announced a partnership to streamline real-time shopping cart abandonment remarketing for e-commerce teams. The partnership combines the ExactTarget e-mail platform with SeeWhy’s Web analytics service. It will allow ExactTarget customers to track Web abandonment in real time and send follow-up e-mails to entice abandoners to return to the Web site and complete their purchases, forms or registrations, according to the companies.
