About Inc. expands Sprinks services

Published on .

New York--About Inc., a division of Primedia Inc., announced Monday that it has expanded its Sprinks Web service.

The bid-based, pay-per-click network delivers advertising to content pages, e-mail newsletters and search results.

The two new services are: ContentSprinks, text-based ads that appear on the contextually relevant editorial pages of publishers, and DirectSprinks, which allows advertisers to reach customers when they're reading e-mail newsletters from Web sites.

Sprinks also announced the addition of three Web content publishers to its network: CNET Networks, Forbes.com. and iVillage.
