Experian acquires campaign management company Conversen

Costa Mesa, Calif.—Experian Marketing Services has acquired Conversen Inc., a company that provides data, analytics and marketing software. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Burlington, Mass.-based Conversen's technology enables the development of integrated, cross-channel programs through mobile, Web, social, email and traditional channels, according to Experian. Parent Experian, based in Dublin, Ireland, has been expanding its U.S. footprint. In December the company extended its data and analysis consulting division to serve clients in North America.
