Costa Mesa, Calif.—Experian Marketing Services
has acquired Conversen Inc., a company that provides data, analytics and marketing software. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Burlington, Mass.-based Conversen's technology enables the development of integrated, cross-channel programs through mobile, Web, social, email and traditional channels, according to Experian
. Parent Experian, based in Dublin, Ireland, has been expanding its U.S. footprint. In December
the company extended its data and analysis consulting division to serve clients in North America.
