Experian debuts multi-database email service

New York—Experian Marketing Services launched an email service that links multiple databases. The company's new Email Insights gives marketers a more complete view of their customers' activities by linking siloed databases—such as those derived from on- or offline shopping patterns, online category interest, loyalty program behavior and mobile app activity—to their email marketing lists, the company said in a statement. Experian said the service can be useful in verifying inactive email subscribers, enabling users to either re-engage the subscribers or eliminate them from a database. Email Insights is compatible with any email service provider, the company said.
