Experian's Techlightenment introduces social ROI tool

Published on .

London—Techlightenment, an Experian company that develops social media technology, has launched a tool that attributes social interactions to actual revenue. Techlightenment's Social Attribution System analyzes how users who are logged onto social platforms share or acquire products via those sites; tracks such actions as “likes” and purchases; and identifies the viral nature of those actions that result in conversions and the influencers driving purchasing decisions, according to the company. Techlightenment said the tool can determine the monetary value of viral interactions and calculate revenue-per-user and cost-per-acquisition.
