Social media expert Paul Dunay, author of “Buzz Marketing for Technology,” says improvements to Facebook Page Insights give marketers the ability to count impressions for all content posted on their Facebook pages. “Ultimately all marketers will be heading to a place where we can monitor spending across all forms of media–paid, earned and owned—in order to know where to place our very next dollar of media spending,” Dunay writes.
