Facebook as the Media

Buzz marketing expert Paul Dunay points out an interesting social media trend that is going on—media events turning into Facebook groups. One recent event was Facebook’s release of its new terms of service (TOS), which prompted an anti-TOS group to show up on Facebook, and another was the theft of Lance Armstrong’s bike, which resulted in a new Facebook group to help him recover his property.
