FloNetwork and Experian will also jointly offer analysis and tracking services. The companies struck a similar deal earlier this year aimed at U.S.-based companies. Other U.S. direct mail companies, including 24/7 Media Inc. unit 24/7 Mail, are also expanding their European operations.
